JEM Smart Innovations, LLC is headquartered in Livonia, Michigan (a nearby suburb of Detroit). We exist to solve everyday problems with innovative product designs, solid engineering, manufacturability, and a constant focus on delivering customer value.

New innovation requires us to deeply understand a problem to be solved from the customer’s point of view and to experience firsthand what they go through to work around the problem as a current state. Knowing our customer allows us to identify the critical value points that need to be delivered as part of any viable solution. We can then evaluate with the proper framework of “customer defined value” what solutions are currently available to address the problem and to creatively think about the full set of possible alternatives that could yield a better value proposition.
